Residential Construction Superintendent (Fire Damage Repair)
Freeman Restoration seeks an experienced Superintendent to handle all aspects of building the job in
the field with heavy emphasis on customer service. You will manage the rebuild and a positive customer
experience for our clients. You will nurture the customer during product selections, changes, delays and
collections. You will lead, manage, and create accountability in a team of subcontractors. We foster a

The Superintendent will be an active member of the production team with weekly team meetings and
quarterly company meetings. You will be crucial in helping develop and execute the company's vision
using EOS, our company's operating system.

Requirements:
This role and requires regular local travel, 80% or more and 20% or less remote work
Ideal Candidate Located In : Orange Country or North San Diego County
Lead, manage, and foster accountability with subcontractors and vendors.
Resolve customer and vendor issues.
Actively participate with customers to coordinate and make product and color selections.
Actively nurtures customer relationships.
Active participation in weekly production team and quarterly company meetings.
Collaborate with other departments when necessary.
Develop and facilitate tailgate safety meetings with Subcontractors.
Participate in the planning and execution of the company vision.
Remove obstacles and provide solutions.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a customer service technician.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a superintendent doing residential remodeling projects
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Must have a reliable well-maintained vehicle.
Must have a dedicated home workspace.
Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft office, Email, texting, various other applications
Qualifications:
Knows how to delegate tasks and responsibilities to subcontractors effectively.
Skilled at resolving higher-level issues with customers, vendors, and other team members.
Comfortable leading meetings and ensuring they are productive.
Invests in personal development through training
Skilled in predicting customer reactions to avoid problem situations.
Prioritize tasks, ensuring the most critical issues are addressed first.
Able to adjust strategies or approaches as the customer's needs evolve.
Open to learning and adapting to continuous improvement processes.
Strong emotional intelligence, managing personal and customer emotions in high-pressure situations.
Capable of fostering a team culture that promotes trust, respect, and accountability.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $80,000 annually to start
